Career
Profile
- Linda began riding and jumping in the late 60's
- Began studying dressage in the early 70's
- Co-founder of the Kansas City Dressage Society
- President twice of the Kansas City Dressage Society
- 1978 - 1996 owner and operator of Hunters Vale Equestrian Center in
Johnson County, Kansas
- Actively organized shows and showed her own horses
- Hosted clinics: Laurie Falvo; Hilda Gurney; Carol Grant; Kay Meredith;
Michael Mathews; Jaap Pott; Robert Dover
- 1985 purchased Marchenhoff, Hanoverian Stallion, and met Michael
Beining - starting the "German Connection."
- Master rider Willie Schulteis and apprentice (now German Team member)
Rudolf Zeilinger gave clinics
- 1996 established the primarily dressage facility Landers Farms in
Independence, Missouri
- 2000 - Present Intensive regular training clinics held
with Michael Beining
- 2005 United States Dressage Federation Region IV Representative.

- Linda has shown three horses at Prix St. Georges level and many
horses at lower levels.
- Linda's daughter, Sara Landers McConnell, receives strong foundation
in dressage.
1980 - Sara Landers McConnell wins 6th place in the AHSA Medal
Finals, Harrisburg, Pa.
1981 - Sara wins gold medal in Jr. Jumper division of Harrisburg
show on horse that had never previously been shown.
- Amy Clipp, Linda's student, became Advanced Young Rider Representative
for Region IV on Clockwork Orange.
Amy rode Jasper (trained by Linda and Amy) to a win in Chicago
over many other young riders.
Linda and Amy travelled to Bromont to compete.
